At iReliev, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
